WAYS is a professional contemporary dance education that prepares dancers for dance careers in today’s dance industry. It is based on 3 keystones; Dance & Health, Dance & Art, Dance & Career. It’s a fulltime formation of 2 years, based in the Capital of Europe, the birthplace of Contemporary Dance. It provides knowledge, tools and network to launch students responsibly into the world of dANCE.
Contemporary is not a dance style. The word Contemporary is a time indicator for ‘the present moment‘, THEREFORe Contemporary Dance is a collective term for all dance styles we see nowadays across theatres, concerts, opera, television and film worldwide.
SPACE is a professional dance training and research center based in Brussels, created for dancers, choreographers and movement artists working within today’s performing arts industry.
It offers high-level classes, professional intentions, workshops, Intensives, residencies and artistic encounters focused on training, research, connection and exchange.
SPACE aims to strengthen the professional dance ecosystem in Belgium by creating a place where artists can continuously train, share knowledge, build community and expand their network within an international environment.
